Pelican Hill The Pelican Hill Resort opened in the winter of 2008. TRG land was involved in the early stages of the concept formation by providing alternative layouts for the residential/bungalow product associated with the project. In addition TRG collaborated with Digital Preview to provide extensive computer modeling to aid not only the design process, but also to study the impacts associated with the project and the surrounding established custom home community of Pelican Hills |
