Using TRG Land’s approach to development concepts and designs, the Keystone project underwent an evolution in which each subsequent design incorporated more development features aimed at enhancing the residents’ built environment and incorporating open space into the community.

Design principles were identified from existing successful hillside communities. The design principles were used as guides in the development of specific community elements throughout the design process for The Keystone.
