Brea General Plan The City of Brea knows the value of forward thinking, knowing that a City’s vitality and sustainability is contingent upon its willingness to plan ahead. The City and TRG Land enjoy an ongoing relationship that spans several projects involving Brea’s hillsides and development policies. The City of Brea’s hillsides are a unique and rare open space. These hills create a picturesque backdrop to the city, a feature the residents strongly identify with. TRG Land analyzed the hillsides’ topography, geologic conditions, development constraints and opportunities to identify feasible land use intensities. Several Opportunities and Constraints diagrams were produced to depict, through a three-dimensional perspective, the significance of Brea’s unique topography in a regional context. The collaborative design team includes Cotton Bridges Associates, a division of P&D Consultants. |
