Bayview Way Under the direction of a developer, Mark Rogers acted as a principal on behalf of J L Webb Planning in preparing numerous site plan studies for purposes of negotiating Land Use and Sale of the Bayview property. The successful completion of the project resulted in providing a large master plan that included two major residential projects as well as mixed use office, retail and hotel sites located on a very prominent section of Jamboree Road and North Bristol Street along the Back Bay of Newport Beach. The collaborative design team includes Wellington Group, J L Webb Planning, City of Newport Beach, and Newport Mesa Unified School District. |
