Crystal Cove The community of Crystal Cove is nestled in the coastal hills that rise above Pacific Coast Highway between Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach. The concept and grading plans were shaped to offer spectacular ocean vistas and to blend the manufactured hillside contours seamlessly into the natural surrounding open spaces. Extensive view analyses were conducted using state-of-the-art computer modeling and animation technology to create a community that is in harmony with the land from both on and off-site conditions.
